Return/Shipping

PLEASE ALLOW 4-8 WEEKS FOR THE ARRIVAL OF PRE-ORDERS

To ensure quality and maintain hygienic standards there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, shipped within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and shipping carrier. 

All domestic and international orders ship USPS priority. 

Domestic Orders Flat Rate: $12.99 (3-5 business days)

International Orders Flat Rate: $35.00 (7-14 business days) 

Taylorr Newyork is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at Newyorktaylorr@gmail.com and a TNY representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you!
